Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how nubi ("nubi", "we", "us", or "our") handles personal data when you use the nubi.health website or join the beta waitlist. It covers the public website, the waitlist form, and waitlist-related communications.

It does not cover the future nubi app, accounts, paid services, integrations, or other product features. Those may have separate privacy notices when available.

Information We Collect

If you join the beta waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, the mobile device platform you select, the source label attached to the form submission, and the time your submission was created. We do not ask for health information through the waitlist form.

The waitlist form also uses a hidden anti-spam field and Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the website from automated abuse.

Our hosting, infrastructure, and security providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver the website, protect the waitlist form from abuse, and troubleshoot availability issues.

How We Use Information

We use website and waitlist information to operate the website, process waitlist signups, prevent spam and abuse, respond to questions, send waitlist-related updates about beta access, testing opportunities, launch availability, and any early bird pricing offers, and troubleshoot availability issues.

We do not use waitlist information for app features, health profiling, or automated eligibility decisions.

Where privacy laws require a legal basis, we rely on your consent for waitlist communications, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, and our legal obligations where we need to keep records or respond to lawful requests.

Service Providers

We do not sell personal data. We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the website and waitlist, such as hosting, infrastructure, security, form processing, storage, and email delivery providers. These providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States and countries in the European Economic Area.

The website currently uses Google-hosted fonts and Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare may process technical signals to provide bot detection and website security.

Retention

We keep waitlist information while the waitlist is active and for a reasonable period after beta or launch communications, unless you ask us to delete it earlier or we need to keep it to comply with law.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing, subject to applicable law. You can also ask to be removed from the beta waitlist or stop receiving waitlist updates.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar privacy rights, you may also have the right to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

The website and waitlist are not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through the website, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, waitlist, or our legal obligations change. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
